Exploring Volunteering

Enviromail are proud delivery partners on the Exploring Volunteering Hull programme.

The project is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and is designed to help participants progress into employment and/or further education.

Our project supports economically inactive adults and young people (16+) in Hull by providing opportunities for volunteering, training and work experience in a friendly factory environment.

Participants will receive 1-2-1 support that includes:

  • Volunteering & Work Experience Opportunities
  • Information, Advice and Guidance
  • Personal development
  • Employability skills
  • Confidence Building
  • Accredited Health & Safety Training
  • Access to Training
  • Employment Support
  • Access to IT hub
  • Food Bank

Participants are assigned a dedicated keyworker who works with them to develop a customised plan tailored to their specific needs. There is no fixed timeframe, most participants complete the programme or make progress within 4-6 months.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hull residents aged 16+
  • Economically inactive or unemployed
